Human differences make an interesting paradox: They are the main source of problems, conflicts, and dissatisfaction in the workplace. At the same time, they are the main source of excellent performance in leadership, teamwork, sales and customer service. The deciding factor is how well we understand, appreciate and make use of these differences.

The DiSC personal profiling system is the world´s most succesful approach for dealing with human differences. The theory behind the profile is easy for everyone to understand and use in everyday situations because it deals with the observable differences between easily recognizable behaviour styles.

Over the past 30 years, more than 40 million people all over the world have used Inscape profiles and experienced the benefits of learning to understand, appreciate and make good use of human differences. Based on our own experience as consultants, we are convinced that Inscape products give their users maximum value for money.

Whereas some other products, which are sold under the name DISC, are actually a more than 40 year old American version, the Inscape profiles DiSC Classic 1.0 and DiSC Classic 2.0 are continously developed and validated in each of the languages, in which they exist (currently 24). This means that the profiles together with a range of related products from Inscape Publishing are carefully adapted to the specific culture of the regions where a given language is spoken.

Inscape products are distributed world-wide through the Internet-based EPIC system, which makes generation and handling of profile reports extremely easy.

Inscape DiSC® is much more than a profile. It has developed into a comprehensive teaching system called the Everything DiSC Facilitation System. Each trainer or consultant, who passes the Everything DiSC Trainer Certification Course, gets a complete set of training materials including a detailed trainer’s guide, handouts for participants, slide shows and a DVD with training videos. These materials can be used as they are, or be combined and modified to meet specific needs.

With the Everything DiSC Facilitation System, certified trainers/consultants will be ready from “Day 1” to offer their customers a full range of well prepared and tested courses in topics such as:
